A “fractional leadership” engagement injects both insight and action into your organization. In this model, we develop and deliver a key programmatic change as agreed upon before the engagement. An Alvo + Beal consultant acts as an organizational leader with authority to advise and carry out work in partnerships with an organizational executive.
These engagements are a minimum of three months and include a guaranteed percentage of our time (usually 25-50% FTE).
Just as it sounds, in this model, we propose and deliver a specific project of varying scope. This can be a great way to get started and learn how to best leverage Alvo + Beal’s expertise.
As project consultants, we are still advising, convening and supporting staff but your team is accountable to take the work over the finish line.
